Ingredients (for 5 persons):
– A pizza dough ready to bake
– A small tomato concentrated box
– A tray of 125 g bacon nature
– A small box Paris mushroom into strips
– 2 large handfuls of grated gruyere
Preparation of the recipe :
Cook the bacon in a pan and fungi.
In a bowl, pour the tomato puree box, add half a glass of water, then put a sugar cube (to remove the acidity of the tomato) a pinch of salt, pepper, and a pinch of herb de Provence.
Unroll pizza dough on the fried licks your oven, prick it.
With a spoon, gently spread the tomato sauce, then add the bacon and mushrooms until golden brown. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake at 220 °, thermostat 7-8, for 20 minutes (or when the top of the pizza is golden).
